Built in a weekend, run by one person. That is why the response times below are written down instead of implied.

Abuse reports, account problems, bugs, questions about your data — all of it. If the site is yours, the fastest fix needs no email: sign in and delete or roll it back from the dashboard.

How long will this take?Abuse within 24 hours. Everything else, honestly, longer.
Typical response times by request type
Abuse and takedownsPhishing, malware and impersonation are checked first and suspended on sight.Within 24 hours
Account and sign-in problemsIncluding confirmation emails that never arrived, which is a known gap.A few days
Bugs and broken publishesInclude the slug and roughly when it happened; every publish is logged.Best effort
Feature requestsRead and appreciated. Most will not be built soon, and pretending otherwise wastes your time.No promise at all

There is no on-call rotation, no phone number and no paid tier to escalate to. Nights and weekends are exactly as likely as weekdays, which cuts both ways.

What should I put in the email? The URL, what went wrong, and roughly when.
  • The full URL of the site, including the slug.
  • What went wrong, in one or two sentences.
  • Roughly when it happened, so the audit log can be matched up.
  • The email address on the account, if it is your own account.
  • Never send a password or a token. Nobody here will ask for one.
What is currently broken?Three things worth knowing before you rely on this.
  • Signup confirmation emails are unreliable. Outbound mail is not fully wired, so a confirmation can fail to arrive. Write in and the account will be confirmed by hand.
  • A publish can take up to a minute to appear everywhere. The pointer that says which version is live is eventually consistent.
  • Sites share a parent domain, so cookies are not fully isolated. Each site has its own origin, but a published page can still set a cookie scoped to the parent domain that sibling sites would receive. Do not keep a secret in a cookie on a site published here — the detail is on the security page.

Mail routing moves with the service’s own domain, which is not in place yet. The address above is the address of record; delivery is best effort until then.

Anyone can report a site published here. You do not need an account, and you do not need to be the rights holder to report phishing or malware. Mail abuse@share-flame-nine.vercel.app with the URL and what is wrong with it.

  1. The report is read by a human. Phishing, malware, impersonation of a real organisation and anything targeting a private individual are suspended immediately, before any correspondence.
  2. Suspension takes the site off the public internet by removing the pointer the edge reads. The owner cannot undo it by deleting or republishing — that is deliberate.
  3. The action, the actor and the time are written to an append-only audit log, so what happened to a site can always be reconstructed.
  4. If you are the site owner and believe a suspension was wrong, reply to the same thread and say why. Mistakes get reversed.

Copyright complaints should identify the work, the infringing URL, and your contact details, and should confirm you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
