Terms of service
You own what you publish.
We can take it down if it harms people. The rest is detail, and it is all here.

Who is this between, and what am I getting? You and the operator of share. A young, free service with no uptime commitment.
1. The agreement
These terms are between you and the operator of share. Creating an account, connecting an assistant to the MCP endpoint, or publishing anything means you accept them. If you are using share for an employer, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf. You must be at least 13 years old.
2. What the service is
share stores static files and serves them at a public URL, and exposes that ability to an AI assistant over the Model Context Protocol. It is a young service, offered free of charge, with no uptime commitment and no support contract. Features can change or be withdrawn. Nothing here is a hosting agreement for anything you cannot afford to lose.
3. Your account
Use a real email address you control and keep access to it — it is how account recovery, abuse notices and deletion requests are verified. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including everything an assistant you connected publishes with it. Connecting an assistant grants it the ability to create, replace, roll back and delete sites you own; treat that connection as you would a password, and disconnect it when you are done.
Who owns what I publish? You do. We get only the licence needed to serve it, and it ends on deletion.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you publish. To run the service you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, transmit and publicly display that content for the sole purpose of operating share — hosting it, serving it, backing it up, and showing it to whoever visits its URL. The licence ends when the content is deleted, apart from copies in ordinary backups that expire on their own schedule.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you publish, that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights, and that publishing it is lawful where you are. Content published here is public: assume anyone with the URL can read it.
What can I not publish?Anything built to deceive, harm, impersonate, or use us as somebody else's CDN.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use share to publish or do any of the following:
- Phishing pages, credential harvesting, malware, or anything designed to deceive a visitor about who they are dealing with.
- Impersonation of a real person, company or public body, including copying their branding to make a page look official.
- Content that is illegal where you or your visitors are, sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence, or targeted harassment of a private individual.
- Spam, link farms, cryptocurrency drainers, scam storefronts, or redirect chains intended to launder the reputation of another site.
- Attempts to break the isolation of the platform: probing other accounts’ sites, abusing the serving origin, exhausting quotas deliberately, or working around rate limits.
- Using the service as a general file host, a CDN for someone else’s application, or a proxy for traffic that has nothing to do with a published page.
When would you take my site down? When it breaks these terms, when the law requires it, or when it is harming people.
6. Suspension and termination
We may remove content, suspend a site, or suspend or terminate an account when these terms are broken, when we are legally required to, or when a site is actively harming people — in urgent cases immediately and without prior notice. A suspended site stops serving and its owner cannot republish over the suspension; that is deliberate. Where a suspension was a mistake, tell us and it will be reversed. We may also terminate an account that has been dormant for a long time, after trying to reach you first.
You may stop at any time: delete your sites from the dashboard, and write to abuse@share-flame-nine.vercel.app to delete the account itself. See privacy for what deletion removes and what is retained.
What are you on the hook for if this breaks?Very little, and we would rather say so than bury it.
7. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, that a publish will always succeed, or that stored files will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything that matters.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of the service. Because share is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months, which is zero, or fifty US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising out of content you publish or your breach of these terms.
Changes, law, and contact
These terms may change; the date above changes with them, and continuing to use the service means the updated terms apply. Any dispute is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is resident, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
Questions about these terms, or a report about content published here: abuse@share-flame-nine.vercel.app. Takedown requests are described on the support page.
